Step 2.
Turn your clothing inside-out
Step 3.
Cut along the perimeter of your clothing as shown above
Step 4.
You should have two halves of the clothing now. Save one side of the clothing as you will be able to make another bag out of this later
Step 5.
Fold the sides of your clothing inward to the desired width of the bag. Make sure you have enough folded fabric to stitch on

Next, stitch along the left and right edges as shown above
Step 6.
Using two skewers, place one skewer in the back of the clothing and another one in the front so that they are touching. Then, roll up the top until you get a clean straight edge. You may need to cut some fabric to make it easier to roll.

Make sure to save all your scraps
Step 7.
Using binder clips, fasten the skewers into place
Step 8.
Fold approximately one third of the bottom of the clothing. See the next step for reference
Step 9.
Stitch the left and right edges to hold the newly folded flap in place
Step 10.
Attach webbings to the bag as shown. You may want to add 2 lines of stitching for added strength

You may want to add a buckle in this stage
Step 11.
Your new bag is now completed
